Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data New Frontiers collects when you visit newfrontiers.se or get in touch with us, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We keep it short, because we collect very little.

  1. 01 Who we are

New Frontiers is run by New Frontiers Strategic Design AB (org. no. 559327-7188), Styrbordsgatan 4, 120 65 Stockholm, Sweden. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

    Questions about your data: hello@newfrontiers.se

  2. 02 What we collect and why

When you contact us. If you email, call or write to us, we keep your name, contact details and what you tell us, so we can reply and follow up. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement.

When you visit the site. Our hosting and security provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, so the site can load and stay secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.

We don’t use your data for automated decisions or profiling.

  3. 03 Cookies and what loads from elsewhere

We don’t set any cookies, and we don’t use analytics or advertising trackers.

The pictures and films of our work load from Sanity, the service we keep them in, so your browser sends your IP address to Sanity’s content delivery network when it fetches them. If you choose between the grid and list view of our work, your browser remembers that choice on your own device; it is never sent to us.

  4. 04 Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the studio and this site: Vercel (hosting, domain and security), Sanity (pictures, films and site texts) and Google Workspace (email). They may only use it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement.

We will also disclose data if the law requires it.

  5. 05 Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers, including Vercel, Sanity and Google, process data in the United States. Where your data leaves the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

  6. 06 How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.
Client and billing records: as long as Swedish accounting law requires, currently seven years.

Technical data: only as long as our providers need it to run and protect the site.

  7. 07 Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or give you a copy to take elsewhere. Write to hello@newfrontiers.se and we will respond within one month.

  8. 08 Complaints

If you think we are handling your data wrongly, tell us first and we will put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.

  9. 09 Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
