Getting there in five steps Our process is refined and deliberate, made to create long-lasting and definite change. Lets start at the top:

Step 01. Immersion Let’s start. In the first phase we take no immediate steps forward, rather we dive deep into the brand legacy, aspirations and impact. Learning who we are, where we&#8217;ve been and where we want to to go before adding anything new. Direction beats speed.

Step 02. Ideation It was once said that &#8216;Creativity is intelligence having fun&#8217;. So that&#8217;s where we go from here. Based on our immersion we now know what problems to solve, what the desired effect is, so lets paint that picture. We do so thorugh surprisingly effective and strategic thinking. Through broad strokes of a brush, through big thinking.

Step 03. Definition A brand is more than a logo or even a products, it is the combined mass of all deliberate actions to a given goal, it is consistency and a distinct expression. It is about having a unique position, by wanting to share your thoughts. In this, very crucial, part of the process we define the brands rules, expressions, use of channels and all other metrics that will guide us going forward.

Step 04. Activation Let&#8217;s push play, give it life. Be it a digital product or marketing, a developed strategy for employer branding or the opening of a physical space. Through experienced guidance, we help you bring your brand and all its communication to life.

Step 05. Iteration A brand is done, the moment we stop improving is the same moment we lose relevance. Through an iterative process we can ensure that every touchpoint is delivering upon its promise to ensure we reach the desired effect.
